I placed a custom order on October 17. Chiara replied immediately and my order was shipped the very next day, less than 24 hours later. The hats are adorable and well made, packaging was professional and ensured the delicate hats arrived in one piece, and a personal hand written note was included on the invoice. Possibly the best customer service experience I've ever had on Etsy. Very fast shipping-I ordered on Thursday and my package arrived on Saturday.
